  • Venue walkthrough.

  • Distribution of final vendor payments and gratuities.

Option II | $3,000

For couples looking for a more comprehensive level of support in the final month, with additional planning guidance, expanded coordination, and enhanced wedding day coverage.

Includes everything in Option I, plus:

  • Unlimited planning consultations.

  • Complete vendor communication during the final month.

  • Styling walkthrough for ceremony, reception, and décor placement.

  • Design refinement for guest experience and photography.

  • Second coordinator.

  • Extended wedding day coverage.

Option III | $5,000

Our most comprehensive Wedding Day Management collection, created for couples who value exceptional care, personalized support, and the confidence of knowing every detail is thoughtfully managed.

Includes everything in Option II, plus:

  • Priority email and text support during the final six weeks.

  • Complete vendor oversight from arrival through installation.

  • Hands-on styling of décor, florals, tablescapes, signage, and personal details.

  • Two coordinators plus an event assistant.

  • Morning check-in for getting-ready and photography.

  • Gift, card, and personal item management.

  • Vendor breakdown and departure coordination.

Bride’s Concierge | $1,200

  • Keep bride on schedule

  • Manage personal items and essentials

  • Assist with dress steaming and bustling

  • Handle day-of questions and communication

  • Cue key moments and transitions

  • Provide on-site support throughout the day
