• Unlimited planning consultations.

• Complete vendor communication coordination and logistical planning during the final month.

• Styling walkthrough for ceremony, reception, and décor placement.

• Assistance with décor and design placement

• Design refinement for guest experience and photography.

• Complete wedding-day timeline creation

• Layout planning and floor plans

• Greater oversight of setup, guest flow, and event details

Option III | $5,000

• We help shape the wedding and oversee how it all comes together.

• Everything included in Options I and II

  Priority email and text support during the final six weeks.

• Complete vendor oversight from arrival through installation.

• Hands-on styling of décor, florals, tablescapes, signage, and personal details.

• Detailed styling and placement direction

• Two coordinators plus an event assistant.

• Morning check-in for getting-ready and photography.

• Gift, card, and personal item management.

• Vendor breakdown and departure coordination.

• Transportation planning and coordination
